Want to learn more about the care of fruit trees? No experience necessary. Join us for an afternoon with famed orchardist and author Michael Phillips for a fruit tree planting and pruning workshop.

Costa Rica
Currently, we are planting trees in Southern Costa Rica near the Osa Peninsula. The Osa Peninsula is one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. This is because the Osa was once an island that joined with mainland Costa Rica.

Melnea Cass Recreation Complex, Boston
Join fellow volunteers to plant new flowering and canopy trees at the Melnea Cass Recreation Center in Roxbury. This event will begin with a tree planting demonstration; volunteers will then break into small groups to plant trees.

Las Gaviotas, Colombia
In conjunction with our LATTE initiative and in partnership with the Marion Institute , RainforestMakers are journeying to Las Gaviotas to plant 16,000 trees. The eco-village known as Las Gaviotas is a research center located in eastern Colombia, South America.

BOSTON’S 13TH ANNUAL WOUNDED VET RUN
The 13th Annual Boston Wounded Vet Run, organized by Andrew Biggio, saw an outpouring of support from the community, with 1,400 riders, friends, and patriots braving inclement weather to honor and aid wounded veterans.

MATTY’S MUSTACHE RIDE
Matty’s Mustache Ride honored the memory of Matthew Flaherty, a Brockton Firefighter and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran who was killed in a motorcycle crash in West Bridgewater on April 11, 2022. It was a day full of activities, including a cookout, live music, raffle prizes, merchandise, and more.
SERVICE DOG PROJECT RIDE
We were also thrilled to support the Service Dog Project Ride in Woburn, where the Legion Riders rallied to raise funds for this important cause. This amazing group of patriots ride in honor and support of our veterans and live by the motto of “they fought so we ride”.
